4runner doors on a pickup

i need to know asap.... would the doors from a 1992 4runner fit on a 1990 pickup? my doors are all jacked up and i found someone selling their whole 4runner for $650. it looked like it was in really good shape from the pics ive seen online. it also had a bunch of extras that i could use for my yota. so i was just wondering if the doors would fit on my truck. if anyone knows just reply to this or send me a pm. thanks.

No! The 4runner doors are shorter. Doors from a 90-93 2dr 4runner will fit, and of course any 89-95 pickup.

Jay is correct, the 2 door 4runners are the only 4Runner doors that will fit on the trucks

I swear the 4runners doors are shorter. I always whack my knee on the door sill on my girlfriends runner. Im gonna get her to measure hers, then I will measure mine. Will report back.

95 4runner door, window down, from that black triangle thingy to the frame - 29.5"

91 pickup door, window down, from that black triangle thingy to the frame - 32" (ish)

92 2-door 4Runners will interchange with a 90 truck. Next time you have a question about interchange, go to http://www.car-part.com, and check both ways.

85 4runner doors

Will the doors off a 85 pickup match up to my 85 4runner?

To OP,
I have a set of doors that I bought for my 93 extended cab that ended up being too short. They look right, and bolted in but are 3-4 inches short. I assume they are from a 89-95 4runner or regular cab. They also have the flag opening windows. I'm less than an hour and half away if you wanted to check them out. I can get a measurement tonight.

Jay

Yes. Yes they will, except you wont have the passenger door handle. The pickups only had one handle on the passenger side, while the 4runners had 2.
