4" lifted leaf springs

has anyone installed these springs without moving rear shackle hangers? I just ordered 4" rear leafs from trail gear, got the forward spring hangers, but didn't get the rear shackle hangers. Is this going to be a problem? are the rear shackle hangers absolutely necessary?

If they are 56" long, then you can run a longer rear shackle. I ran a 7" long (3.5" over stock) shackle w/ some 56" long springs:
