4" lift shock lengths needed....

I'm getting ready to install the (cheap $60 total) trailmaster lift I got for my other truck, on my 89 4Runner... I've searched but cannot find any lengths... So what I really need it the lengths of the front shocks only... Rears are gonna be custom measureed due to some other things going on with the rear (ie.... lower mount location, custom springs/shackles) But being a bracket lift for the front I figure I'm pretty safe with the standard length for droop (I know it's not much, but from there I can figure compression - after resizing the compression bumpstops a bit) So if anyone can enlighten me on the lengths that'd be great.... Thanks Larry....

Hi Larry, I don't recall the lengths, however, when I had a Trailmaster lift I just specified that I had a 4" lift and all was good.

Since the shock is so long on a 4" lift, you have to really modify the lower bumptops mounts to get even close to using all their up travel. As long as they are long enough you are good to go and that you can measure with a tape measure by just jacking up the truck and adding 4" to whatever you have now.
