4 inch rough country lift need ideas for a better rear setup!

i have an 86 4runner with a 4inch rough country suspension lift. My main problem is i keep bending and breaking leafs in the rear. My current setup is a stock toyota leaf with an ad a leaf, and a 4inch block. Wondering if anybody had some suggestions on a better setup for the rear? I was thinking about swapping over to 63" chevy leafs but i think i would need more then just the leafs to even out with the front!

The best setup would be to get a new spring pack. They are pricey though. Marlin Crawler, Trail Gear, All Pro all sell them.

the 63" chevies should level you out.

at most you might need a 1" longer shackle.

Either 63" chevies or Allpro, Marlin, or trailgear will serve you well. Both require moving spring hangers.

i have a 3" rough country lift and i beat the living crap out of my truck and have no problems except one of the front leaf packs is slightly bent after stuffing the wheel into the wheel well so many times. just do new leafs in the rear add a leaf and blocks are for road queens not for real wheeling. just my 2 cents.

Here is a picture of my 86 4Runner with 5'' lift 63'' chevy springs, they would would work a lot better than the set up you have now, but you will need to move the spring hangers to make them work.
