I have a 91 extended cab that I had put a Rough Country lift on with the original springs. I just recently picked up a set of "lift" springs that a guy had pulled off a truck years ago. These springs are the same length as the originals, but have 4 leads plus an overload, instead of 3.

I put the springs on, and took the blocks out. Looks like I lost 2" of lift.

Could someone with a similar lift and 33s measure the distance from the ground to the top of the wheel well (front/rear).

Put your blocks back in and problem solved.
It all depends on how much rake you want (negative or positive). Baja or hotrod style. Like \, or like / or -.

I'd say just put the blocks back in. As long as they're not aluminum, you'll be fine.

The title of my post says "Need Measurements", not "Need Opinions", or "Need Options". I know my options, and I have my own opinion. I was merely explaining my situation to try to explain why I wanted the measurements.

If no one out there has a similar lift with similar tires that can't run out and take a two measurements, then forget I asked the question.

Long time lurker here with a 89 Xtra cab similar to yours.
I bought the truck with the lift already installed but w/o any history about any other mods.

I'll describe what I have so you can decide if it's any help.

Rear (unloaded) - 31" tire dia., 3 'stock looking' leaf springs, 1 arc'd leaf (no plastic buttons at end), 1 bottom out spring, shackles look aftermarket (5.5" bolt centers).
Ground to wheel well = 47" or 5.75" of bump stop clearance.

Front - looks to be stock torsion springs and no extra weight of a wench. I don't know if the spring preloaded is correct, but the front 'sags' 2.2" from fully topped out to under weight.
Ground to wheel well 43" (at wheel well center 'lump w/ bolt) or 2" of bump stop clearance.

Cyberman in my build thread, not sure which page but maybe 7 or 8 pages from the end I have my measurements from the ground to the middle of the spring hanger bolt where your actually supposed to measure lift height. Anyway, I gained 3" total between factory worn out springs and a 31 to 33 tire size change.

Like You, I don't know who made my springs, but they were supposed to be either 2" or 3" lift springs, but I really think mine are a factory leaf pack with a long AAL in there, but cannot say for sure. Also on top of that I have 6" hole to hole shackles.
