3VZE smokes on start up and on acceleration

3VZE smokes on start up and on acceleration
so i have a 93 pickup ext cab 3.0l with a small rear main leak
just got it not to long ago previous owner did the head gasket and it never smoked at first but now the last couple weeks it has a pretty good amount of blue smoke on start up and once i start driving it goes away then if i come to a stop light for a couple minutes and get back on the gas it smokes again but only for a few seconds
i heard it could be the valve seals or guides but i just wanna see what you guys think because i really dont wanna pay $125 at my dealership to come back and tell me what you guys might already know or have experienced
