Yes like marc said, it depends on rpm. At idle it should be between the middle mark and all the way to the left, and at higher rpms it should be between the first and third marks. So at 2500 you look to be ok past that first mark but I would definitely put 10w30 or 10w40 in it.

Factory electric sender type gauges are known to be less than accurate.
If you really want to know what your oil pressure is, a quality mechanical gauge will tell.
You can temporarily hook one up to the oil pressure port.
That being said, your pressure is probably OK.
I don't like how low my 2nd gen 3.0 gauge reads, but I've gotten used to it.
