3VZE high-frequency jingling from left cylinder head area
After finally fixing the exhaust leaks that really made the engine roar, the truck sounds like a different vehicle now. It's really nice.
Except that it's uncovered a sort of high-frequency jingling noise from the left cylinder head or valve cover area, as best as I can tell. Possible it's lower, but definitely on the left. It's not really loud, but loud enough that my wife hears it, and she doesn't notice that stuff a lot.
It seems to go away when there's any load on the engine, like when accelerating up a small hill. It's hard to tell whether the engine's revving is covering the noise, but it really does sound like it goes away.
Ring any bells (ahem) for anyone?

Just checked those a few days ago when replacing the valve cover gaskets. All within spec.
Sucks about your burnt valve. What did the engine sound like with the tight clearances?
