3VZ 91 runner is not moving

Ok so my clutch is not working im thinking its a problem with the pressure plate or the forks I have very recently replaced the master and the slave and bled the air out. but my slave is only moving about 1-2 inches. my friend who has a 93 3vz truck says its in the linkage that I need to extend the push rod now that I have reinforced the fire wall from the inside. my truck wont go in gear at all sitting or running and there is this horrible grinding sound when it starts and when its in netural also it seems like there is a lot of free play b4 it engages. who ever can help it is much obliged. Thx

Check your Clutch pedal bracket. It may have cracked or popped a weld
Lots of info in the forums on what to look for

I took it out and had it welded only minor stress racks from my firewall not being strong enough and flexing also had that welded and placed over with new sheet metal. bled the line with almost a quart of DOT3 and a suction pump to get the fluid over that little bump in the clutch line. A local guy said t could be the throw out bearing but the clutch was replaced about 60,000 ago it should be ok right?

I could be wrong, but if you are hearing horrible grinding noises from the tranny while in neutral, you may have broken something internal. Even in neutral, the input shaft is still spinning.

Did the clutch ever work after replacing the master?

No I got the master in and decided I should do the slave but when I pushed the pedal in and my friend realized my firewall was cracked so I tore it apart and welded that bracket the fire wall and braced it up with some 3/8 plating on both sides of the firewall I have talked to some people and everyone has a different answer from I still have air in the line to my bearings to the fiber disc springs are broken and my pushrod isn't long enough to fully disengage my clutch with makes since but idk how to lighten it
