33's or 35's?

I have a 1st gen 4runner and have purchaced a 5" trail master rear from wabfab and a 4" front from skyjacker. (ifs) I have brand new 33x12.50 Bfg Mudd Terrains sitting on some cragar soft 8's. the question is.... will I have enough room, look proportional, and have to do any cutting to the finders if I go to a 35x12.50? If so there will be some 33's for sale that have never hit pavement. Thanks
Chandler

You probably could fit 35s, but to get better gas mileage, and vroom vroom, stick with the 33s. or post a pic with the 33s and we shall tell you other wise.

I'm not worried so much about the gas mileage since its not my everyday driver. But the vroom vroom part hopefully was cured with the 4.88's I just installed.... so with that inmind....

I'm a mud person mainly, I love my 35x12.5's. I roll right through where 33's don't want to. I need the the massive size for floatation, and ground clearence for the ruts. They also come in handy in the snow/sand or crawling around in the woods over various rocks, fallen trees, stumps, huge potholes, what have ya, that 33's would find more difficult. You get better break-over angles, departure angles, etc. so you won't be as prone to getting stuck. My point here being most dudes with 33's don't end up as far down/up the same trails I take. If you had a sraight axle that much lift should clear 35x12.5's, I have IFS with a 3" body lift and the torsion bars raised (it ends up about 4.5" of total lift in front) with 2" aals in the rear. I can make them rub a tiny bit sometimes in front, takes some effort.

I'd say 35s and 4.88s. I ran 35s with 4.10s and it wasn't bad, but the 4.88s would have been nice. I'm probably going to run 4.88s with my 33s, but I mines a daily driver.
