stock rims or aftermarket?
I ran them on aftermarkets (don't remember the backspace) and all I did was crank the tbars a little but they rubbed pretty good. After a while I put on a 3" bl and they cleared fine.
I bet with bj spacers and a longer shackle you could get away with it...

i don't know how different on the front suspension between Taco and 4Runner, check the thread about my 94 Runner with Bridgeston 32x11.5x15 with BJ spacers
