31"x12.50" Vs. 32"x11.50"
i am looking into buying Super Swamper SSR 32"x11.50" R15LT or 31"x12.50" R15LT. Anyway i want to hear from people who run them now or have run these size tires before. i have the PP 1 inch lift springs in the rear nad Rancho's RS9000XL adjustable shocks all round, now is there going to be any rubbing with these sizes due to width? i want to gain that extra bit of ground clearance wit out sacraficing to much in power and stability. i also want a wide tire do to pot hole size down here in Belize. Maybe is there a different Super Swamper tire that has the same sizes? i will of course be getting 5 tires and i have already figured outaround $936us so not so bad. I am also looking at the Parnelli Jones tires ( http://www.dirtgriptires.com/default.htm )
Even though i can only fit the same size tire i had (Pro Comp Xterrain 31x10.50R15). Out of all the tires above, has anyone used these at one time? should i maybe stick with Pro Comp Xterrain? or go to Super Swamper or Parnelli Jones? Thanks in advance.

the 31x12.50 will probably rub more than the 32s because they are wider. i had about the same set up you did before my lift and i had 32 11.50 and they rubbed pretty bad sometimes. becuase of the width. the 31s would probably rub worse. but im not sure, if you have stock rims maybe not as bad and i would think. just add some BJ spacers to the front and that will fix any rub.
you can also search. there are alot of threads about rubbing tires on here.

either of those sizes is going to rub worse than 33x10.50.
I'll go for the extra ground clearance of a tall tire over the extra rubbing of a wide tire any day!
