If you have a reasonable amount of mechanical savvy, and some space to do it, save the money, and do it yourself. It is involved, but it is not a very complicated job. It is even easier if you get the ORS conversion kit - almost all the parts you'll need, plus a good set of instructions.
It will be a rewarding experience for you, and you'll know exactly what has been done to your truck!
