3.4 swap knock!

got my 3.4 almost done , started it up for the first time, and could her a loud tick or knock from what sounds like the rear top of the motor, i heard the thing run before i pulled it. i was very carefully about keeping the engine covered while i had the intake and oil pan off, before it all went back together i even double checked to make sure nothing fell into the motor with a magnet.

any ideas what could cause this i have oil pressure, and nothing fell in as far as i know i pulled the intake off and looked at the valves and they look fine
it almost sounds like a lifter or something but i never messed with anything like that. im almost afraid to fire it back up

Sound is in the top end. Valve noise. He's missing pretty much all the rubber grommets for the valve cover. Should be resolved this week. And Looks like its all just minor stuff now. Looks good Tad.
