The 84-89 parts are all the same so I'd say yes. You can also find several tail lamp assemblys that fit yours on Ebay. I just got lenses at http://stores.ebay.com/Headlight-Warehouse for a decent price.
If all you need is the lens itself, it's cheaper.
EDIT: Oops I read it wrong. Sorry about that. The 84-88 Toyota "pickups" match the 84-89 4Runners. The parts in your link wouldn't be interchangeable then. They changed the pickup body style in 89.

those lights are ugly


and just so you know, i believe 89 was the year that the pickups got the newer body style, but the 4-runners stayed square for one more year. just something to consider

and i now realize somebody beat me to it

but yeah the lights are ugly anyways, its a 4x4 not a honda
