3.0 Hard start when warm
Hi there guys and gals,
I've searched and founds threads with people having similar issues but no one who has successfully fixed it.
Background - Truck is an 89 pickup with a 3vz, 300k kilometers starting ok cold (will start right away but sit at about 200rpm for 3-4 seconds and either go right up to 1600rpm or die and start right up when I crank it again) and starts great when hot but takes anywhere from 5-8 seconds of cranking when it's warm (been off for 20mins-2hrs). When running it runs excellent.
I've replaced the temp sensor, cold start time switch and cold start injector. Vacuum lines are hooked up correctly and there aren't any leaks (that i can find).
If anyone has any ideas on what the issue could be it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Tyson
