2nd Gen 4Runner Wheels:Hub or Lug Centric?

Ok...so 2nd gen 4runner. I've heard their wheels are to be hub centric.

Anyone know for a fact?

Do I need to buy hub centering rings for my after market wheels?

ok, that is just weird - must work off of meta tags or something....

***all of the Toyota's I have seen with after market wheels just require the correct lug nuts for the rims you are using to work properly. I have that problem on my runner right now.... I have the alloy lug nuts and need lug nuts for the steel rims****
