about what RPM is that?

only reason I ask is...

and I found a floopy timing chain due to an exploded driver's side guide and a shot tensioner

First, I'd say... adjust the valves.

If your's sounded like that, I'd say you have no problems.
It's hard to diagnose lean or rich just by the sound of the exhaust.

well it used to sound like that i don't know what happened. it started a few weeks ago.
im just trying to figure out why it sounds like that now. to fix my lean condition im going to try and replace the o2 and see if that helps

Still not sure why you think it's running lean... and not sure why you think a new O2 is going to fix it. If the mixture is far enough out to require an O2 sensor, you'd get a code.

But then I could also add that if it's running lean during a cold start, you may have a problem with the temp sensor or IAV/AAV.

Ya know... knowing there was a code involved would've helped a lot.

check for leaks along the intake duct and PCV system. Fix any exhaust leaks between the head and the O2 sensor.

Reset the ECU and see if the code comes back.

ok well i checked for some more exhaust an intake leaks and i dident find any, i checked the o2 sensor out and found that it had ben hitting the exhaust an had some burnt wires so i took it out, cleaned it and fixed the wires. pulled the efi fuse for 15 sec and reset every thing. well ive drove it around for a day now and no codes so i fixed that problem, but i still have the weird idel. i dont no what to do about it, could it be my msd coil?

well earlier i went out side to crank my truck and it just turned over, it would not start so i waited a few secs and tried again still nothing happened so i waited a little longer and tried again and it finally started to fire but it sputterd at first then fired right up. but i noticed it smelled really rich like it wasn't getting spark, but i have a code 25 and that means lean so i dont know what to check, i was thinking it could be my igniter. any help would be appreciated.
