22re Tick and Bad Looking Sparkplugs

I have an 89 4Runner that has developed a high pitch tick near cylinder #4 on my head. It sounds like maybe I need to adjust my valves maybe but I'm looking for opinions. Hopefully it isn't anything major. Video:


I also pulled my plugs and they were looking not so good. Thoughts?

I think I answered my own questions. I think the sound is just a bad exhaust leak. New gaskets coming so we'll see if it fixes it. As for the spark plugs, I looked up some photos and I think they were just over worn. I tell you what, the new plugs put a bit of pep back in its step!
