22re running rich and lean?
1994 22re street rv head and 261 cam from eb. Fuel Filter replaced, tps checked, new denso 02 sensor, and rebuilt injectors all within the last 2000 miles. OK here's the problem after it has set a few hours its very hard to start and once it douse start black smoke is pouring out of the exhaust. So its running rich ok 2nd problem timing was at 8bdc with those two terminals shorted and it was pinging bad on the highway, took it down to 5bdc and ran a couple tanks of 91 octane and its still pinging. i have adjusted the afm a few clicks rich and lean and it had no effect. code 25 and 52

not sure about the lean/knock codes you're getting but the hard start after a few hours sounds like your cold start injector is firing on startup, no matter what the temp of the truck is.
I had this happen on a previous 22re. Try disconnecting it next time you do the warm start. the switches are expensive to replace so some people just wire a switch into the cab to turn the csi on and off.
You might want to look into if the 52 means you're getting knock or the knock sensor is malfunctioning.
