22RE Oil Galley Plugs

How's it going guys. Been searching but can't find. I recently took my 22re block (87 4runner) to get bored and hot tanked. When I got it back I realized the oil galley plugs were missing.

Does anyone know how many there are in total?

Does anyone have a picture of their locations?

Thanks.

Not sure there are any.
Just make sure you replace everything that you took off and check for leaks before you fire it up.

Called to see if they still had them and no luck. Seeing as it's my only form of transportation and the guy who took me to drop it off last time moved, I don't really have that option right now. I do know it has one on the bottom where the crank goes so I'm positive they have oil galley plugs.

You are correct. It also has one on the front of the block under the timing cover i think...Make sure you get all of them if you dont you will lose oil pressure and have to take it all apart.Check my build thread as i had this problem!!!!Hate to see it happen to you.

Thanks. I'll take a look at your build.

I was able to find a place online that sells "oil plug kit" which is only 4 oil galley plugs. I'm pretty sure there are more then just 4. Here's the link:

Anyone else have any input?
