22RE O2 Sensors

22RE O2 Sensors
I am contemplating replacing the O2 sensor on my '92 4runner ( records go back to 100,000 miles, currently at 247,000 - no indication that the sensor has been replaced ). My searches show a wide variety of sensors on the market, ranging from $50 to $140. Is it a case of 'you get what you pay for,' or do some of the cheaper units do the job as well as the spendier gear? My troubleshooting of reduced fuel economy in my truck seems to point to the sensor as a likely cause. Any advice is much appreciated.

Denso O2 sensor prices vary a lot depending on the model; rockauto has good prices, but you can usually find the best prices on amazon. The rockauto price for this sensor is $64 plus shipping; sparkplugs.com has it for $74 plus fairly expensive shipping; amazon has it for $59.42 including shipping:

Denso.
Keep your truck filled with OEM parts and she'll love you for it.
There are no AM parts better than OEM.
