22RE misfire; electrical issue?

I have a '86 SR5 X-tra Cab pickup that doesn't currently run, mostly because i let several mechanics try and solve its misfire before i was able to address the problem myself. It bounced around from mechanic to mechanic exclaiming that it was either an electrical issue or that i needed a new engine. Back when it still could turnover i was able to take these videos:

I don't think it's the engine because the odometer reads 150,000 and the head was rebuilt less than 2,000 mile ago. One of the cylinders isn't getting the gas it needs and will usually pick up with the help of some starter fluid. Much has been replaced on the truck regarding the fuel system: fuel injectors, connectors, fuel injector resistor, fuel pump, wire harness, etc. but to no avail. It's overall performance went from half its expected power, to a quarter, to not running at all which is very frustrating but i can only blame myself. Which is why i hope to locate the problem but only with the help of y'all here on Yotatech. Where should i look next?
