22re has gas and spark but won't fire
Driving home the other day and the truck overheated so I called a ride and while waiting started the truck and drove about a mile til she got warm again, then towed it most of the way home about a mile from my house we stopped and I was going to start it and drive it in the drive way but it wouldn't start... so we pop started it and I drove it up to my house now a week later it won't fire, it turns over and will start to stumble after a couple seconds but never actually fires up, I'm sure my radiator is junk and I think I need a tps but it should at least fire without them right? Idk it's kicking my ass so any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Since it overheated my first suggestion would be to make sure it didn't damage the head gasket. Go to the local autoparts store and use thier loan a tool program and get a compression test kit.
You can pick up a multimeter from harborfreight.com (or thier local store) if you don't have one for really cheap.
With a test meter in hand inspect the TPS, don't guess diagnose
FSM Link, throttle position sensor is under engine and then MFI.
The thermostat test is a pretty simple and free test also, it's covered in the FSM, basicly put it in hot water w/ a thermometer and make sure it's opening.
There is also a trouble shooting chart in the FSM engine section, locate your issues "Does not start" "Difficult to start" "Engine overheats", and work thru the inspections. They are listed with a number that indicates which order to check.
