22RE hard starting in the cold
I have a 1988 pickup EFI and when i leave it out over night in the cold it is very hard to start i have replaced the O2 senor recently all new spark plugs and wires cap and rotor not sure what is causing it, when its warm out side it starts right up compression is at 140psi on all 4 cylinders book says it should be at 171psi also had just rebuilt the head about 2 months ago, anyhow just looking for some help with this thanks

ya yesterday morning i went out and tried to start mine after it had set out over night it was 34 degrees out, i crank and crank and it wont start so i turn the key off and try again nothing, finally about the 3rd time i crank it it starts runs like crap and dies then i try one last time idles like crap then clears up and runs great idk what is causing this it sure beats me?
