I've looked through a lot of other threads dealing with this problem and I've only found one solution being a fuel pump, which I've already replaced.

If I drive it around and let it sit for a few minutes I'll have to crank it a lot for it to start. Sometimes it will start, and the rpms will jump up to 950 before it dies and I have to crank it over again for it to start and stay running.

I've replaced fpr, fuel pump, fuel filter, cold start valve, time switch, efi temp sensor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, topped off the coolant, and replaced radiator cap.

Check the routing of your vacuum lines. Sounds like vapor lock.

Never mind. I'm going to guess your last tune up was done compensating for cold air temperatures and you didn't bother to check the Idle Air Valve / Auxiliary Air Valve for proper operation.

Which means you didn't check out very many threads.

Does it start right up if you crack the throttle a little? Clean the throttle body and inspect the throttle opening valve.
