Engnbldr has a huge following on every Toyota forum I read. His stuff is supposed to be first rate.
I got one of his timing chain kits with the steel backed guide and so far am satisfied with the initial quality of it and the service I got. The master rebuild kits are supposed to be just as good. I know subliminaltrips used it and has been happy with it.

engnbldr's stuff is very good quality, i've never had any trouble with it.
that said, you can't go wrong with the dealer either, but be prepared to pay!
