22re Compression Test - opinions?

I have a 22re with 276k on it. The other day a hose spring a leak and it overheated. After repairing the leak and refilling it seemed to drive ok.

When I got home I changed the oil. No water mixing, not metal flakes. Flushed the cooling system. No oil in coolant. No smoke, coolant level is holding steady. So far it seems to drive and sound ok. I'm thinking I may have dodged a bullet.

Compression test results are as follows: #1 185, #2 170, #3 180, #4 150.
Adding some oil to #4 brought it up to 240. So it seems like maybe an issue with the #4 piston rings, but all in all not too bad considering the mileage on the motor.

Should I be especially concerned about #4 or just keep an eye on things over the next few weeks and recheck compression after a couple hundred miles? Thanks

I'd just keep an eye on it and be more careful next time. #4 does seem low, but if it's driving ok i'd just run it.

If it still runs ok which it probably does then I'd just keep on driving it.
