The weather is starting to get nice so I'm starting to get the itch to build again. I want to make a custom center console to house my CB, head unit, all my switches and I am going to keep the factory rear heater and mount the vent pointing forward somehow. Anyway i want to have some kind of storage as well and of course CUPHOLDERS I want to have it full length. By that I mean I want to replace the original mounting spot of the head unit in the design. Im gonna stick with the same material used to make subwoofer boxes and carpet it when I'm all done. Anyone ever seen this done? Any input would be great! Thanks.
