1994 Toyota 3.0 running terrible

I have a 1994 Toyota 3.0 V6.aprrox 133,000mi 2nd motor. A few months back It developed problems. It would start up fine and idle fine. But a few minutes of driving it would run horrible loss of power, sputtering and sometimes you would here a pop like it was out of time. IF you shut truck off and restarted it, it ran fine then problem reappears. Of course the check engine light came on code#22,25 and 27 appeared. During this time I replaced o2 sensor and converter, and map sensor(got map sensor off junk 94 4runner that ran great had rotted frame). Still no luck, on all code #s the ECM was mentioned . I replaced ECM The truck ran great better gas mi ex.. Shortly after fuel pump died was replaced with a Bosch fuel pump again problem solved. Truck ran beautiful for about 4/5 months. 2 weeks ago while driving I noticed the truck running funny, A loss of power once again and semi rocky idle, within days the engine light went on and the truck developed same problems as mentioned above. I pulled code #s 14 & 25 both again has ECM as one of the causes . I disconnected battery and disconnected ECM and pulled EFI fuse out for approx. 45 min hoping it would clear and truck would return running like before. I reconnected all the above check engine light went out but then truck ran worse than before. It seems truck is back to its old tricks as before. I decided since I work for a bone yard. I would try another ECM but most other Toyotas there are either cars or 4cycl trucks cant use the ECM from either. The part was looked up on a nationwide parts website used by salvage yards. 3 of em were found in the area prices ranging 30-75.00. When they matched up my ECM its the org that I pulled out they told me it has Cailf emissions but when you look on the inside of the door on the tag it specifies that the truck conforms to all fed emission standards ? My 2 questions are could the ECM have failed again? And if so is there any difference in the ECM if it has Caif or fed emissions can I use either ? I really like this truck and I am banging my head against the wall on this . someone PLEASE HELP! I know this is a long drawn out story but wanted to give as much info as possible about truck. I have brought this truck 2x to mechanics they never can seem to fig this truck out. I don't mind paying someone to fix it . but fix it not return it to me with the same problems and say I don't know after charging me 60-85.00 an hr for labor ! I only changed the ECM myself because a friend suggested it
