1992 3vze in a 1994 4runner

So im in the middle of pulling the "bad" engine from the good 4runner and i stumbled on to a few threads regarding putting older engine in to newer trucks, from what i have read the alternator and distributor should be swapped over, is there anything else i should be aware of before going any further? Also is it okay to use the 1994 wiring harness and ecu on the 1992 engine?

Spring tensioner in 92 vs hydraulic in 94. You should be good to go, as long as the motor/tranny combo was the same.
