1991 4Runner 5spd/v6 4WD not working up front, Rear Aussie not engaging

Well as the title states its completely true I have a question for all that can offer some insite to me. I have a 1991 4Runner 5spd/v6(stock) With 32" bfg muds, i have still have ifs in front but i am locked all around, Lock Rite in the front and aussie in the back; and yes still rock`n the stock 4:10`s.
Went out wheel`n with my buddy in the snow and found out that first off bfgs suck in the snow , and when i slid of the track into a small bank i stuck it in 4x as it wasnt very big; The fronts didnt spin at all and the rear right only spun.
Then eventually the clutch started to slip and when it cooled off it felt like the engine was being pulled back after i revved it up to build up some power, and when my foot was completely off the clutch it would just slowly Stall. But then did work when going down hill.

What the hell would cause my front not to engage and my rear to only spin 1? Im a Marine Diesel mechanic by trade and work on cars on the side so im not mechanical noob, just looking for some insite that i maybe over looking.

Thanks In advance

ADD?

If so, repair it or get a long-shaft off a non ADD. I wouldn't put a band clamp around the shifter fork shaft...

I'd have to guess an ADD issue with the front (as mentioned above), perhaps a burned out clutch or pressure plate issue for the stalling/clutch deal and I have nothing to offer as far as the rear only turning one tire if there is an Aussie in there.

Were you trying to back out of the ditch? Are you sure there's a locker in the rear?

For the rear I'd go back in and check tolerances, insure all is installed correctly.

Did you back out of the ditch? Were you rocking?

I only ask 'cause one of the checks for the spartan(I assume it's the same for the others...) is to jack the axle for wheel clearance, spin one tire in the driving direction and then spin back to ensure the locker disengages....
