finally thought I had this truck up and running until the other day. now it will not start. Ive checked for fuel, tested pump by doing.the jumper test at b1 and fp, fuel filter is clean, I get fuel all the way to the fuel rail and the cold start injector. csi does not squirt but ive tested it and it does work, also tested the cold start time switch, just not getting whatever signal it needs to squirt. ive also tested for spark. when I turn the key my cel does not come on like the fsm says it should. ive started looking at the ecu tests and when I jumper ecu terminal W to body the cel will come on. I tried to run a wire from ecu terminal e1 up to the intake ground and still no cel when key is turned. I have a second ecu and I still have the same issue and after reading about ecu rarely going bad I dont think thats my issue. ideas?
