1990 4runner radiator question
I've got a '90 4runner automatic that I'm replacing the radiator on. I got a '90 pickup for parts (both trucks have the 3.0). My problem is that the pickup is a manual. I know that the radiator on the 4runner has 2 lines of ATF going through the radiator. I know that manuals dont use ATF so I'm wondering if the radiator from the pickup will work in the 4runner. (Other than the transmission lines, the radiators are the exact same) thanks

If it has ever been replaced with an aftermarket one it will more than likely have a cooler in it. The aftermarket usually makes one part# to cover both manual and auto. So if you have a manual, you just don't use the cooler. You don't have to plug the lines on the cooler. Nothing goes in,nothing comes out. It is it's own sealed unit in the radiator. Surprisingly know one seems to get that.
