Unhappy 1987 22RE number 1 cylinder miss after motor swap

Hey guys, I did some research and now I'm at a loss for what to do next. Here is the story, I recently hydrolocked an 87` 4Runner with a 22re, bent 2 rods and decided to do a full motor swap. I located an 89` 22RE block and head for my truck and bought it, I re-sealed the entire engine from oil pan up and put all of my parts onto the engine. Everything went smoothly, I re-installed it and now I have a miss on cylinder one. I am leaning towards a fuel problem because I believe the injector is not firing

So far I have:
-Ran a compression test
-Re checked base timing
-Checked for fuel
-Made sure the TPS was in spec
-Made sure the mass air flow was still in spec
-Re checked Distributor install
-Re checked injector wiring harness clips to make sure they were in the right order
-Checked the specs on the injectors and they are all in spec

At this point I am at a loss and dont know where to turn next. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Thanks in advance

Well after stepping away for a little bit and going back, I re back probed the injector clips to finally find out that even though I was back probing and getting a voltage reading the clip was actually internally broken and the prongs were not making full contact to the injector... fml
