1978 Toyota Pickup Clutch Bleeding Problem

My son and I just replaced the clutch in my 1978 Toyota Pickup. We then replaced the clutch master and slave cylinder. We could not get the clutch to bleed out so we even replaced the line between the two cyclinders. Having done all of that we still cannot get the clutch to bleed (still getting air back up into the master cylinder). Any advice?????

I would bleed the master first, then try to bleed the slave.
