190 HP 3VZE (New Oil Cooler)
I am taking out my 3.0 slow and replacing it with one of those 190 HP engines from the old CHC machine, now known as raptor engines or online as Pacific Machine Co. I've seen the dynos and I am happy with the results thus far from what I have read. My issue is replacing the oil cooler. I want to go aftermarket with a small radiator and fan attached. Problem with this is that my searches turn up trash for results. I only get the one that sits in between your oil filter and block instead of one whole unit type replacement. Anyone know a good place I can look at some custom coolers or anything of the sort link it for me pls.

I dont but how are the reliability and quality of those engines? 190Hp out of a 3.slow sounds good and the price of $2000 even better. Where did you see the dyno and stuff?seriously gonna consider replacing engine over rebuilding it eventually.

I don't seen any dyno charts, pretty good price. They have 3.4's and a some of the diesels too, prices almost seem too good.

With. 7 year 70000 mile warranty I think it sounds safe, other engines they rebuild are the 22R/RE, Chevy 350 and 383 strokers. Think they used to b called some other machinery company

sry it took so long to respond
The motor was normal , didnt have much more power than my buddies stock 3.0 but he always had to keep it floored up a mountain, mine would downshift and keep catching up with him. Other than that the dynos i found on the net with searching i dont remember how and the motor u can just gogle 190 hp 3.0 and u can read all u want. In my opinion, not worth the money, rebuild ur old one

I can't say I had the chance to test it. Any extra horsepower seems to get taken away by the tranny. Unless u can match the new power to shifting ratio. Now if u have a standard then yeah I bet its way better.
Like I said, I was mostly pissed about the lies they told me. It was an aftermarket oil pump, when before I bought the motor they specifically stated to me directly it was OEM. Other than that I would have just rebuilt my old one.
