1 inch bj spacers or 1.5 inch? Help

1 inch bj spacers or 1.5 inch? Help
I am stuck between a rock and a hard place guys. I really want to lift my truck a little but don't know what to do up in the front. I think i have settled for 1.5 inch lift blocks or add a leafs in the rear but the front just stumps me. I have read a lot of posts on the bj spacers but I think for my 31x10.50 setup the 1 inch bj spacers will be sufficient enough. I did the old put the 2 jacks up under the bumpers and really like the stance of the 1 and 1.5. I also think the cv angles will be less that the .5 more lift. Please help me decide.
Here are my plans for future mods.
1. 1.5 inch lift
2. Marlin crawler rear tube bumper
3. Bud Built cross member
4. Front bumper and winch
Thats about it for the yota for awhile.

Well the nice thing about t-bars is they are easily adjustable. So if you want one inch lift go with the 1.5" BJ spacers and adjust the t-bars down 1/2 inch.

Go with the 1.5's and lower the pressure on the T-bars
for the rear go with 5" shackles. (I went with 6 and wish I'd done 5's).
add a leaf is going to cause a rougher ride IMO. And someone said they wear out.. dunno bout that but shackles are just a simpler method of gaining more flex.
new shocks to, longer ones. if you can move the shocks infront the axle with new mounts and do a ubolt flip kit. In my setup the shocks actually limit my down travel by about 4".. and one side drops lower than the other because the stock pass side shock mount is BEHIND the axle limiting the axles down travel a few inches compared the infrontofaxle mounted driver side shock

I don't know if you are lifting just because you want to fit 31's but if you are you don't need a lift to fit 31's. Or are you just wanting to lift it?

Quick Shock Question :
When doing a u-bolt flip kit you are still remounting the bottom shock brace to the front of the axle (driver) and rer of the axle (passenger). Does this mean it's going to limit flex from one side to the other? I have never heard of such a thing.

Well if you look in the small print on 4 crawlers web sight i think it says 1 inch bj spacers can be made. I am thinking about 1.5 inch rear lift blocks. I know you guys hate them but my friends 2005 f150 came stock with them. Also another friends dodge came stock with 3 inch lift blocks out back. Anyways what else will i have to modify. Brake lines, shocks etc. I think my skyjacker shocks came so that 1 to 2in of lift can be used. Thanks Clint

If it's a money and quickness thing then instead of blocks purchase a universal shackle kit from your local parts store instead of the blocks. This is 100x better then blocks.
Vehicles that comes with them from the factory probably have the suspension built around the blocks to minimize things like leafs binding and axle wrap.

as stock, pass side shock has to travel further for the same downward travel as the drive side shock because its behind the axle closer to the shackle.

4Crawler can hook you up with the spacers but .5" isn't really too much to worry about. You will adjust your truck to the height you desire with either spacer thickness via the torsion bars. Just get whichever size spacer you feel like getting.
