#1 cylinder not firing

87 4runner 22re, Solid axle swap 220k........My engine has good compression, new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor but will sometimes run ruff. I pulled the plugs and the #1 is soaked w/ gas, the rest are fine. Any input can help Thanks

did it do this before the tune up? if not then you may have gotten a defective plug or wire

Yes, the tune up did nothing and I replaced the #1 wire. The truck runs fine sometimes but without any signs it just starts running bad and I have to give it gas to start it. On another note how hard was that 2.7 swap?
