1" Body Lift Shifter Vibrating

I just put on a 1" 4Crawler BL, everything went well except for a few stubborn bolts but when I stated driving it, the transmission shifter (auto 3.0) vibrates every time the car is about to shift into 2nd and maybe 4th when I accelerate. I read and was told that a 1" BL wouldn't need any shifter extensions. What could be the cause of this and how would I go about fixing it. I've searched through the forum and all i could find was answers to manual transmission. I'm going on a trip to upper N.C. in a couple weeks and if this is a problem i need to get fixed fist I'm going to do so but if not, and it won't do any damage then I'll wait but i would really like to get to the bottom of it. Thanks guys

Looks good with the body lift. I've been waiting for some one to answer your question because, My daughter has a 95 4runner 3.0 auto. I was thinking of doing a 1" BL but was worried about the auto trans linkage. But you said there's no problem with it. So is this lift easy to do? I've lifted my 87 4runner w/MT and it was very easy. The only thing I had to adjust was the steering linkage. So I guess I'm asking is what did it take and what did the lift come with? Thanks in advance.
