why is my 22re idling so high?

My yota wont idle under 1100rpm. I just did a valve job and when i put it back together its idling super high. I tried adjusting the screw on the throttle body but i can only get it down to 1100rpm. Does anyboby have any ideas?
Thanks, Derek

Is you timming at 5*? If you timing is off you can mess with the screw on the intake and it wont do anything. I would say if you have tryed to play with the screw and its still idles at 1100 then my guess would be timing! So jump the dig port and set timing at 5* and see what you get! you will have to readjust the idle screw after you time it!
