Then if they no longer could get the part ask for other sources.

Again u must not know how business works. Parts counter price is what everyday joe pays. Auto shop gets it at a much reduced price. I know for fact toyota discounts the sale of parts to shops. It's common practice. So if marlin buying from them. They are able to get at reduced price.
I am done with this as y'all have turned this into a defense of marlin post. When I only wanted another venue to buy the part.

Well I get the discount as I am sure others do.

But it is not enough to under sell Toyota and still make money where that comes from is the labor to install said part.

The Op asked we told him he didn`t like the answer .

Outside of the dealer and a few select places I have never seen the clutch boot for sale So why give them away.
