Weber carb mystery plate

I bought the truck with this weber carb on it and Im in the process of a complete rebuild. I noticed that this plate was missing and Im not sure what to call it so I can to get a new one.... Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Also if anyone knows what exact weber carb this is that would help as well thanks.

Nothing goes on that spot you spoke of. Unless it has something to do with pollution , mine has nothing there. its a "offroad" no pollution carb. U prob. have a 32/36 carb. I could tell if the pic was from the other side. If your throttle plates are diff. in size (32 on choke side, 36 on drivers side) thats what it is.

I have a link on my other computer to a parts store for weber carbs. It breaks out all of the parts and you can buy replacement parts for a rebuild. Try google for Weber carb parts or something like that.
If I get my other computer running, I will post up the link.
