Vacuum Line Cluster "Help"

Ok I recently changed motors in my 85 sr5 pickup. Its still got a 22r, but I had a brain storm while doin so. I decided to do away with the heat pipes and majority of the smog stuff "all I left was the egr valve cause I didnt know how to block it off without causing problems. And I installed a weber carb. Well I have a lot of vacuum lines still and only one port on the carb and I also did away with alot and I cant get this hesitation out of the engine so if someone here has a picture of vacuum line routing they could display I would be grateful. Or if we have a toyota guru near sadler, Tx. thanks

You can easily block off the egr valve hole by cutting a small steel sheet with an angle grinder. When you take off the egr, trace the pattern that connects to the engine on to the steel sheet with a marker so you know the pattern to cut. Once you cut it, drill some holes where the bolts are on the engine. I installed a weber 32/36 on by 83 22R. I also did away with all the vacuum lines except for the one that connects to the weber. It now runs so much better and I'm getting better mileage. Let me know if you need anything.

Everything from the egr was completely removed. The spot where the egr connects to the cylinder head was blocked with a custom cut piece of steel, which was easy to make with an angle grinder. The hose that connects to the pcv valve connects to the weber adapter which is connected to the intake. I think this is the one you're talking about.

On my intake there is a hard pipe that comes from the egr and goes underneath the intake where it is connected too .

Is it a hard pipe which is about an inch long then is connected to a hose? If so, the weber also has a set up like that which also connects to the intake.
