Strange oil leak

So it's really odd. I fixed a defective plug on my radiator and cleaned everything up and went for a test drive. After about 20 minutes I pulled into a gas station few miles from home and walked to front and...

Oil on pass side frame rale like a honey colored (fresh engine oil) ???? I checked oil and it was as close to full line as I'd imagine. But it was enough to see it dripping. Does the air pump have oil? I noticed my timing cover had a very small swap last few months but how did I get oil on pass frame rail right by radiator?

I have removed everything so far and waiting on the plug kit for LCE and mic gaskets. P.S. if I want to rant about an egnine shop that charged me $1100 to get my engine (100% brand new) but has a leaky timing cover, bad head gasket.... but the reciept shows all the (new parts and labor breakdown) where do I post to warn others? Ive tried speaking with the shop and they really don't seem interested in helping me out, and they're an 1.5hr drive south of me....

99% of my smog stuff is removed now and on the classified for all you people stuck in an emissions state.
