stock steering?
Im not really sure where to post this, but I just completed putting an 87 extended cab body on a 83 standard cab frame. Im pretty sure the steering is the same from 83 to 85 so this should be fine. The body is slightly lifted off the frame to get all the mounts to bolt up right (an inch and 3/4's). I fit 33 12.50s on it with no suspension lift and just that slight body lift. My question is do I have any options to strengthen my stock steering? I don't plan on lifting it anymore so hysteer wont fit. Any advice would be awesome.
