Stock Rear Drum Brake Question.

Are the rear drum brake on a 85 4 Runner bigger than the brakes on a 85 4x4 truck ? or are they exactly the same ?.

I'm fairly certain they are exactly the same. Since they are built on the same platform with alot of the same parts. But I could be wrong.

I PRETTY SURE YOU NEED TO TAKE OFF CAPSLOCK

1985 4Runner and Truck use the exact same rear axle assembly. Thusly using the exact same brakes (10") In 1986 they switched to a wider and bigger axle in the truck and 4runner (11" brakes)
