rebuilt 22re sluggish until 3k

i just got done replacing my head gasket, head bolts, timing set,got my head reworked, new flamethrower injectors, new fuel filter, new alternator and distributor cap and plug wires along with new plugs and filter and pcv valve. also cleaned my throttle body out and checked all my vaccum lines and my modulator filter along with testing the grounds. The timing is at 5 degrees btdc at 750 rpm with the t terminal jumped.Although with the wire jumped or not jumped it doesnt make a difference adjusting the timing and i cant tell difference besides the check engine light flashes.the engine revs fine and sounds good.doesnt have any problems idling or anything. But when i go to drive it it just doesnt seem to be there really unyil 3k.when the timing was at 19 degrees btdc which i know isnt healthy for it, it seemed to have more power. It didnt sound good due to the advance but it had more power at bottom end?a fuel issue maybe?Im lost here guys.. the pics were of some plugs but I figured those out
