Rearend shutter coming out of first gear?

so i fixed my driveshaft problem by drilling 4 new holes in the flange. but now, i cant remember if this was happening before i did that or if it just started because it could be my senses on high alert making sure nothing comes apart. But anyways when im releasing the clutch accelerating through first gear the rear of my truck is shuttering and i cant figure out what it is. Its not as bad or barely noticable if i take off real slow. my dad even drove it and noticed it cause i wanted to make sure i just wasnt driving the clutch weird. So can anybody help me out here?

Did you happen to pull the rear shaft apart while working on it? If so, see:

OK, driveshaft type was not specified in the original post.

Might put the rear axle up on jack stands (block the front tires) and let the engine spin the tires and watch to see if there is any wobble anywhere. And see if the shaft meets the re-drilled flange flush.
