pcv assistance please

Ok I have an 85 22re that's brand new and I have a feeling it's sacking oil right up the pcv valve. But it only does it when I have to kick the poor thing in the butt to get up a hill it seems 3000 rpms or so. Can I just block off the pcv or would that damage my motor? If I could just block the hose and put a filter on the actual pcv that would be great especially cuz it's new and make the most obnoxious rattling sound on acceleration

Do not plug this it is you crankcase vent. They are cheap to replace under $20 if I remember right. Good luck.
